LoRa APRS IGate

This is a fixed LoRa APRS IGate: it listens for LoRa packets from other stations over RF and uploads that telemetry to the APRS internet system, so those stations show up on aprs.fi the same as with any other APRS-IS gateway.

It's built around a Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3 board in a compact black enclosure, with a USB-C power connector, its own on/off switch, an SMA antenna connector and a power LED.
