APRS Pro

APRS Pro is an all-in-one APRS station I built — it works as an IGATE, digipeater and GPS tracker at once, so one box covers jobs that would otherwise need several separate devices.

It has its own GPS receiver with an external SMA antenna connector for a fast fix, and connects to a radio over a DB9 port for actual RF APRS work, not just internet gatewaying. Power comes in over USB-C at 5V, and an onboard display cycles through system info like IP address, WiFi signal and firmware version. Front-panel GPS, Tx and Rx LEDs show at a glance what it's doing.

The whole thing is built into a metal enclosure, which keeps it solid enough for a permanent station install.
